Day 31 31 Days of Halloween~Ghosts 'n Goyles

Welcome to Day 31 of the 31 Days of Halloween! This is an annual Smeared Ink event and we are so thrilled to be playing along as Wicked Bloggers. The Wicked Blogger challenge is to post a new creation each day during October that contains a stamped image, digi or rubber! Check out all the rules and prize details at Smeared Ink.

There is a fabulous blog roll to follow and Hop to it! Find it on the side bar :)

Congratulationssssss It is day 31!

CT Anne

Gargoyles were part of the Gothic Revival around Victorian England, where Steampunk belongs, and since I've been on a Circus theme, a Gargoyle jumping through a cog hoop to spook you, feels perfectly natural...
And being halloween, a ghost rattles its steampunked chains...
A bit of recycling - have you ever pulled apart your liquid roll-on liquid deodorant? Put drink cans through your cuttlebug?
And another 8'x10" canvas is readied to spook you all

Smeared Ink for the gargoyle stamps, the gargoyle-cornered frame stamp, and the skulls&lace background stamp
http://buttersidedownstamps.com/ for the Steampunkin stamp
https://www.lindystampgang.com/ for starbursts colouring all the stamps
Golden Paints have textured pastes and paints for the surrounds.  Paint colours van dyk brown and Iridescent stainless steel colours are great for blending random-coloured chippies and embellies into a steampunk them

CT Nan back again with my "Morte"  Light.

I was given the "Morte" rubber set by a lovely and it is so awesome!  It is from Smeared Ink and designed by Rick St. Dennis.  I stamped each side with an image from the set on white cardstock and then painted it with a red fluid acrylic wash.

I inked the inside edges with Distress Ink and when it is clicked into the light base from the Frebreeze kit I bought ages ago it glows an awesome orange with a flame look on the inside.
